The download code zip file also contain zip files, each of which is a chapter and it contains the a directory BegVCSharp, which also contain that directory, very confused. So what is the best way to extract all the directory and files in the correct order? Any tools to do that, btw?

I prefer to extract my ZIP files in my own defined folder. This is the way I did it:

1. Created folder and downloaded 9780470191354_code.zip to it.
2. Right clicked 9780470191354_code.zip and selected Extract Here from context menu.
3. Selected all chapter ZIP files at the same time, right clicked the selection and selected Extract here. All ZIP files extracted to their own folders.
4. Deleted all of the chapter ZIP files but kept the main 9780470191354_code.zip in case I ever needed to extract it again.

Hopefully that helps. You can use WinZip, WinRAR, 7-Zip (free from 7-zip.org) or it can be done using Windows which may not be as efficient. I always use a third party ZIP utililty because I find it easier.

Interesting point.

The whole file structure does seem to be ill-constructed. Certainly, usability must have been low down on the authors priorities.

Having zip files contained within zip files is rather odd too.

There are just too many redundant levels after extraction.

Having just bought the book, I hope that I will find it more navigable than this download.
