Password Chapter 2 - Installing on Windows

Hi, I just installed WAMPServer and tried to access the LocalHost option but it asks me for a username and password. I read a post somewhere on here that said something about disabling IIS (Internet Information Services), but I can't find that post anymore. Can any one help me out? Thanks, Jason Prince.
