redcell you were looking for help about the apache instalation and now you talk about mysql. I am kind of confuse. Could you please tell again which piece of software are u having problems with?

i got it fixed for some odd reason both things were acting up but i downloaded the wrong version for both. Thank You.

what versions did you download as i am having trouble setting the rootdirectory for apache 2.0.50 i don't have mySQL or PHP installed yet because i am trying to follow the book through but i have encountered so many problems

Other than the fact that most mods don't work with it yet, no.
