I tried to use mail() function in the windows server. I get return code -1. I would appreciate any thoughts on how to fix it. This is happening in a server that hosts my domain. I tried this once in my local apache and gave up, didn't want to bother with php.ini settings! I thought it would work easily in the hosting server. That didn't happen either.
