Default Installed PHP manual locally-How do I access it?
I downloaded the chm.zip version of the PHP manual from www.php.net. I extracted the files to a folder called 'manual' within my PHP folders and files.

What do I do next to access the manual?

Unzip the zip file to a location of your choosing, then just double click the php_manual_en.chm file.
