Does anyone know where the common_db.inc file is?

I cant find it on XP?

common_db.inc isn't a file that's distributed with PHP or Windows. It's a file that's described by the book. I don't have the book, but there's a common_db.inc in chapters 12 and 13. You can download the code for the book at "Download Code" link at the top of this page.
