Help Im stuck on the very first part of chapter 12 i dont have much of a clue of what to do...

im currently using the lastest version of wampsever which has php, mysql and apache bundled together and to be honest thats whats making me clueless due to the differnt paths since im not sure whats the right place to even put .htaccess

ive had enough someone any clues please??
