Stan,

I could give you the code but that wouldn't help you learn the language. Instead, I'm going to refer you to the product documentation that gets installed with Visual Basic.Net.

Please look up the Rnd Function in the help documentation and see if you can't determine the correct code. By the way, a sample is giving in this help topic.
