Default Web forms loading - Chapter 17

Can anybody explain to me why, when I hit Ctrl+F5 to run a project that I'm working on in the "Try This Out," it takes around two minutes for any page to load in IE? I'm running Vista (sorry--didn't have a choice) with Visual Studio 2005 Academic Edition, 4GB of RAM and .NET 2.0.

Thank you for your help.

EDIT: I think I've fixed the problem. I reset IE because of other issues I was having and whatever it was that was causing really slow loads seems to have disappeared. Thank you.
