Default Web Forms - Chapter 17

   Hi,

I am going through a try it out on page 556, Server and Client-side processing and have become stuck on step 7. Here I need to change the default language to VBScript. However, when I select DOCUMENT under properties I cannot find the DefaultClientScript property, it simply is not there, so I am unable to change the script from javascript to VBscript. I have looked for a solution and was directed to property pages under the view tab, but this is grey and not active.

Can anyone advice me.

Thank you. :D

Hi there,

Have you looked at the errata for the book: http://www.wrox.com/WileyCDA/WroxTit...Cd-ERRATA.html ?

I believe that DefaultClientScript has gone in VS 2005 and upwards; you can manually insert a tag though...

Hope this helps,

Imar
