I've just bought "Beginning Visual C# 2005" from amazon. I discover that the download of Visual Studio from lab.msdn.microsoft.com/express no longer exists and the only downloads I can get are for 2008. This is C##/Express not the whole Visual studio. The trip through the interface is not the same - (but I can see what they are talking about at this stage. Will it get worse as I progress through the book? By the time you discover this, the first 50 pages are too well thumbed to return the book and buy the 2008 equivalent. Should I persevere or cut my losses and buy the 2008 edition while its still 2008?

Complaints on my first day - sorry!
