Question can we make Softwares Like Illustrator, zBrush and 3ds max ?

I wanted to start Learning C# and ofcourse I want to buy this book but beofre purchasing it I want to ask that can we make Softwares Like Illustrator, zBrush and 3ds max ?

And User Interfaces Like them in C#.net ???

I want to know specially for 3d sculpting software like zbrush or mudbox and vector software like illustrator .
Can we make that much big softwares in C.net and their Interfaces ?
I like the interface of zBrush.
Please help me so that I can start C# and buy this book.
