How does a foreigner in his country buy the books?

I an a CHinese beginner of progamming language leaner.And some of what i have read are the books of you WROX ,translated to Chinese.
But in order to learn something fresh,I want to read the books in English just as i saw in your webset.So i want to know how can a CHinese buy your books?
This is the typical problems to the learner like me in a foreign country.
Perhaps you can devolop a way to help us as well as help you to enlarge you book market.
