Default Error when creating Windows Apps in VS.NET

I can create console apps just fine. However when I try to create a Windows App it says "Strong name validation failed "Windows.VisualStudio"". Any ideas? I've reinstalled and continue to get the same message. :)

You can try this:
Sn -Vr Microsoft.VisualStudio.dll
in order to register assembly for verification skipping.
