After being pointed in the right direction with regards to which version of book I was looking for, I found the forum.
I have a question regarding chapter 8, as to the background-attachment property.
I downloaded the code ch08_eg08.css and the coresponding HTML file.
When I execute this file in I.E, or F.F., it does not load the picture, although the picture IS in the folder images in the right place.
What's going on?

The solution was, the background image was blank. In the images stored with the download, someone stored the wrong image called background_small.gif.

Problem solved.
