Default ch12 sax

I have got nothing to do with Java Programming, I am a student of .NET and in the 12th Chapter the entire Chapter is in Java. Do I need to know java to understand SAX or can the Programming be done in C# or VB too.
And if the ans is yes where do I find the resources/books to learn that.

You can do SAX in .NET but most people use the XmlReader instead. It's a similar model in some ways as they are both forward only and low memory intensive but XmlReader is considerably easier to program against. MSXML supports SAX but to do it in .NET you'll need a third-party library.
