Hello,
I downloaded the source code of the book and discovered that the whole chapter 26 is missing (command bars). On page 542 there is a reference to CBList.xla add-in supposed to come with the book, but there is none.
Just noticed that chapters 27 and 28 are also missing. Where that code can be obtained?
