Default Chapter 4 Code missing
Following the book, I am not getting the Delegates code to work in Chapter 4. This chapter is not currently included in the download code. Is the code for Chapter 4 available somewhere?

The problem that I was encountering was caused by Array elements not being changed in my code after a copy.
