Default Can not use Custom Form Wizard Addin

I installed the Custom Form Wizard (copied it to C:\Documents and Settings\NRACT\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns and then installed using the add-in manager). When I try to use it, I get an error box that says

Microsoft Access cannot open this file.
This file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted site. Microsoft Access will not open the file due to potential security problems.
To open the file, copy it to your machine or an accessible network location.

Can any one tell me what I am doing wrong?

I will answer my own question. I did some poking around and when I looked at the file properties, there was a security message that the file was blocked because it came from another computer. There was an unblock button and after I clicked on it everything worked OK
