Default Anyone make it to ch 15 the sketcher program?

I've really not had problems following Horton's instructions until now. On page 924, where he describes the act of adding icons to the Sketcher program, I simply can't figure out what he is talking about.

In the middle of the next to last paragraph he writes, "If you click the new button icon at the right end of the row as indicated..." I've looked for hours for this button (or just a way to add additional button icons to the current toolbar), and I still have no idea what he is talking about. I'm going to just move on and use the provided source snipets, but if anyone can elucidate me that would be greatly appreciated!

I figured it out... it's difficult to explain how I was confused, but I misinterpreted the toolbar buttons at the top of the toobar editor as bitmap templates. Now I see them for what they are.
