Default opening downloaded code

Hi all. I'm new to this. How do I open downloaded code from the webiste using eclipse?

Hi. With Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers, Indigo Release, I use:
File->Import->General->Existing Projects into Workspace
Then browse to select the downloaded archive file and press Finish. The project should now appear in your Package Explorer.
