Do the samples in Chapter 7 integrate with Chapter 2's Framework?

In other words, do the Dimension (and Fact) packages get called from the Master Template package and is that why they don't have explicit code in them for logging and auditing?

If not, how are the two meant to be integrated togther?

Has anybody actually used the Framework in Production?

Hi bikhod,

None of the samples in the book have the framework code built in, in case people wanted to use their own frameworks. If you want to integrate them, you would start with the template package from Chapter 2, and then copy the code from Chapter 7 into it.

I personally have implemented the framework at several locations and have heard of several others who have implemented it as well.
