Snippet View in Eclipse not visible

Hello, I am trying to come up to speed on Eclipse and Andrea mentioned snippet views in one of the earlier videos. I do not see anything about
snippet views in my Eclipse. I'm using a Mac and am using Eclipse for PHP programmers version 3.0.2.

Is there a special plugin for snippet view that I need to install? If so, where?
