In Chapter 10 (p.321) there is the statement "Let's close the .accdb file and open the web app in Access."
Could you please explain in more detail exactly how to open the web app in Access as the Location Mapper app does not have a 'Customize in Access' option in the browser which would enable me to download the file.
In this context, "the web app" is the Maid To Order web app, not the Location Mapper app. You'd be open an Access web app in order to add the Location Mapper as explained further in subsequent paragraphs.
