Chapter 10 - Setup instructions for the SampleWebService at companion web site

I am going through Professional SharePoint 2007 Development ISBN 9780470117569 Chapter 10 and it says "The setup instructions for the SampleWebService can be found on this book's companion web site." I can not find any setup instructions for SampleWebService. I understand the companion site is at: http://www.wiley.com/WileyCDA/WileyT...-DOWNLOAD.html

I can not find setup instructions for the SampleWebService at that web site.
