Default Which version AND build # of Eclipse to use?

Hi, all.

I just bought the book, followed the vague instructions about downloading and installing the required software (Eclipse, ADK, and JDK), and now I am unable to follow the author's instructions for creating the first HelloWorld app. I can't even create my own custom AVD in the version of Eclipse that I have. I cannot locate the AVD Manager option.

Can someone please clarify for me which version of Eclipse to install (IDE for Java EE, IDE for Java, Classic, or Mobile Developers)? Also, a particular build number that was used to write this book (take the screenshots) to minimize inconsistencies between the pictures in the book and what I see on the screen would be nice.

I learn best by doing, but without the same setup as the book, it's a bit impossible to get to the doing.

Thanks in advance.

I think the info you need starts on page 23. Depending on what OS you use, the screenshots may look a little different, but I don't think there's a huge difference.
