Default ADK Kit from Arduino?

Hey.

I was just looking for the kit that Arduino had apparently put together for this book, but the link doesn't seem to work (404s). Is it the sensor kit listed on their site, or is it something similar but not there? I didn't see a breadboard or servos listed in that sensor kit, so wanted to make sure before I buy it since I'm on fairly tight budget, but doing this for a fun summer project between semesters.

Thanks.

Alright, last try I guess.

The link listed in the back is www.arduino.cc/ADKkit

However, it 404s when going to it. Anyone have the proper link to the kit, or is it not put out yet?

Apologies for the late response, I'm looking into why this link is broken.

Default The kit is on its way

Hello,

sorry for the late response, the notification on this issue came to us just the same day the Easter vacation started here in Europe. However I got from the manufacturer that the kit will be back to the Arduino store this week.

When it comes to the kit's contents, it does include everything you need to replicate all the examples up to the project part of the book. You could most likely build the bike project as well with it.

For the kitchen lamp project I could recommend you a certain brand of LEDs if you are interested in getting those. And the Robot project will be possible to do from June, as the robot mentioned there will make it to the stores then.

It is of course possible to make all the examples purchasing parts separately, but it is going to be more expensive. The kit offers a generous discount from our manufacturer.

Regards,

/d
