I'm going to go ahead and make this thread so others won't need to dig like me. Firefox doesn't like this app...at least mine didn't. I was having huge issues getting step 6 and on to work, but when I switched over and tried it with chrome it worked fine; so I would say if you are having problems getting it to work try using chrome first before anything else if you aren't already using chrome.
