New 1.1 code available

New versions of the code for the 1.1 book are now available on the download page. If you downloaded the original 1.1 code more than a couple of days ago and had any trouble with the installation or setup, you might want to try this new version. This new version now has separate downloads for VB and C# so you don't have to download both versions if you just need one.
Be sure to read the various readme files regarding setup and configuration.
