Sample files read-only
I used the WindowsXP Explorer to drag the files and folders out of the zip file into another folder. When I did so the following files were marked as Read-Only:
_default.htm, _web.config, default.htm, menu.xml, ReadMFirst.txt, start.htm
The setup program would not work correctly until I cleared the Read-Only property on these files.
Note to wrox: these files should not be marked read-only in the zip file.
