Default No write access to Sample ASP.NET Files

I have been working on Chapters 16 and 17. The sample ASP.NET web sites failed to run with the following error msg:
The current identity (JEFFREY\ASPNET) does not have write access to 'C:\WINXP\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Tempo rary ASP.NET Files'.

From VWD 2005 Express, I created new web sites by creating virtual directories of my download sample codes. The web sites all were shown in the IIS virtual directories and Solution Explorer; however, when running the aspx file from VWD, the above msg popped up.

How do I fix the error? From IIS manager? How?

TIA,
Jeffrey

Default

Have solved the problem. Just set up a new user of JEFFERY\ASPNET for the file folder, ..\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files.
