if wrox comes up a professional book for asp.net 2.0. it should focus more on migration from asp.net 1.x to 2.0 rather than from asp to asp.net.

Yes, the Professional ASP.NET 2.0 book is well under way. And yes, for the most part, we assume readers are familiar with ASP.NET 1.x although an experienced and devoted ASP 3.0 developer could probably pick it up and work from it too.

This book won't be published on the beta. We'll be publishing when the product is final.
