There are several directions in the book that explain how to use debugging but the menu options are not available/shown.

e.g.

page 798, Tracepoints: Select "Breakpoint->Insert Tracepoint". This option does not exist.

Page 797: "Tools->Opions->Debug". This option does not exist.

Page 793: select "Attach to Process from the Debug menu". This option does not exist.

Page 791: Choose Tools->Options->Debugging->Just-in-Time. This option does not exist.

Anyone know the issue here?

Nope. When I right-mouse click on a breakpoint I ONLY get the "Delete Breakpoint" and "Disable Breakpoint" Options. I do NOT see any of the options shown in your test.aspx page

Maybe the Express Version does not have these options?
