prblem with Jquery + Webservice

hello i am geting error

"NetworkError: 405 Method Not Allowed - "

where i use webservice by jquery ajax

that time it thrown this error. i m using jquery 1.7.1 and visual webdeveloper 2010 and my Service.cs file is in App_Code

can any body give me solution for this error
