Hello
I am installing VS.NET for the last few days but its giving me the same error.
the error is that it first asks for pre-reqisits to install. I install all of them but on Miscrosoft Data Access Cmponents it gives error that installation is un successful and terminates.

Plz any one have an idea how to overcome this.

This is an ISO that you copied, or original software? Maybe a problem with the disc or ISO, or could be a problem with MDAC... There is an MDAC cleanup utility on microsoft's site.
