Default Code of chapter 7 missing
Hi Scot,

I'm missing the code of chapter 7 in the zip-file.

Is there a change that you update the zip-file or put another one to the downlade page?

Hi Scot,

sorry for the delay but I was a few days out of office (due to carnival parties <g>).

When I unzip the downloaded file I only have the code for chapter 1 to 4, so everything is missing.
