Default How to start a libary from Visual Studio 2008? (Chapter 42)

I'm trying to follow Chapter 42: Windows Communication Foundation to build Room Reservation program and I have become stuck on page 1461 WCF Service Host and WCF Test Client.

It says 'Starting this library from Visual Studio 2008 starts the WCF Service Host, which appears as an icon in the notification area of the taskbar' and carry’s on with more detail of this but how do I start a library in Visual Studio 2008 and when I say start I presume it means run or something...

Probably the basics of C# I’m missing out here but I hope the understanding of my problem comes across okay; any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Default

School boy error, I had the 'RoomReservationData' set as the startup project when it should have been the 'RoomReservationHost'.

First time using multiple projects in a solution in visual studio 2008. Wasn't clear in the book but I guess its for professionals.
