Default very new to Visual Studio 2008

I just followed the instruction in the book Beginning VB 2008 and created the Hello and IntNumber examples. Now I want to reopen them and can't find out how to reopen them.

It is possible to create a program, then not save it—even though you ran it. Are you sure you saved them? (It wouldn’t be that bad to recreate them; entering code cements your understanding in surprising ways...)
