How to read this book.
I've been reading this book for about 2 weeks now and I would say that it is best to follow it sequentially. If you skip, you might miss something that is relevant to a future chapter. Future stuff is also referenced every once in a while but its minimal and so should not be too difficult to grasp. You also want to keep visual studio open to replicate the examples and try out your own variants. This helps me remember stuff as there's a lot of information in the book.
