Hi - I am getting a fatal error within mproducts as an undefined function. I have scoured the CI forums and user guide and to my amazement I can not find where ID_Clean comes from. It is not in security_helper.php.

I have ensured that security is auto loaded.

as the book was written with CI 1.6 and we are now on 2.0 there have been a variety of upgrades which have had to be applied - but no where can I see ID_Clean.

any help is very much appreciated,

Fixed the problem - id_clean is not part of the core code package, but stupid me, it is given within the book in chpt 9 - duh, problem fixed. http://p2p.wrox.com/images/smilies/redface.gif
