Default Suppress duplicate field

I have two fields on my report-> field1 and field2. Now I want to suppress both the fields if field1 is duplicated. To do this I can check the suppress_if_duplicated checkbox for field1 but how do i suppress field2 i.e. how do i find out if field1 was duplicated.
