Default Can't find Publish Options Button in Office 2010

I am trying to publish a PowerPivot workbook to Sharepoint. I can do this. What I cannot do is find the Publish Options button that is discussed in Chapter 9 of the book. Clicking on the button is supposed to show the Publish Options form as shown in Figure 9-33 in the book.

I have seen some comments that you need Office 2010 Professional Plus to do this. However the book never discussed the need for this so I'm not sure that this is true.

Any feedback on this?

Regards

AJ
