Default I cannot see thumbnails when I publish a PowerPivot Workbook

I just have the generic icon. There are no thumbnails. Any idea why?

I saw one post that said navigate to:
Site Actions - Site Settings - Site Collection Administration - Site Collection Features - PowerPivot Feature Integration for Site Collections - Activate.

My problem is that I do not see Site Collection Administration when I navigate Site Actions - Site Settings, from the PowerPivot Gallery page of SharePoint.

Any feedback?

Thanks.

AJ
