Default Beginner Problems
I have struggled with the down-loadable software:

Firstly the AdventureWorks databases - couldn't find any instructions and feel the authors have assumed readers know this stuff.

Secondly and more importantly, there is nothing that I could find to tell me how to install the distributed packages, setting up the SSIS Catalog. Had to find out for myself. Calalogs dealt with in chapter 22!

If I have missed anything, I'm happy to be corrected.
