The Chapter 10 SSAS Processing example indicates that you need the "SSAS Cube Database" which is supposed to be provided by the wrox website. If it is there, it is extremely hard to find. There is a link to an 'AdventureWorks DW Multidimensional' database associated with an SSRS book, but that does not seem to be what we need. Instead, at the CodePlex website,
https://msftdbprodsamples.codeplex.c...es/view/125550, there is a link for "Adventure Works Multidimensional Model SQL 2014 Full Database Backups.zip". I extracted this to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSAS12.MSSQLSERVER\OLAP\Data\New folder\, then in SSMS restored the backup file AdventureWorksDW2014Multidimensional-SE.abf.
