Default Where is Appendix A?
The book indicates that I can download Appendix A from www.wrox.com but that is a very general URL and I have been uable to find the location where I can download this appendix.

Default Where to find Appendix A of Analysis Services 2008 with MDX
First search of browse for the book.
Next it can be found under "Download Code" (instead of under "Chapters on Demand" as you might expect).
