Default Chapter 20 source code is absent
On the page 790 "AdventureWorks2008Tutorial under Chapter 20 from the book ’ s site" is mentioned. The zip-file Chapter20.zip from this site does not contain AdventureWorks2008Tutorial. It contains only ReportingServices2008Tutorial.
Where can I get AdventureWorks2008Tutorial for chapter 20?

Default I would also like an answer on this please
..same issue, the download has SSRS code but not the Analysis Services.
