Default Contacts CSV File

Hi Aaron - Can you tell me if the Contact Manager CSV file is available for download as described on Page 160? I'm not finding it in the version I downloaded on 2011-Jun-29. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I do not know if that is available. In order to generate the CSV files, however, they're pretty simple. Either get a copy of the source program and export an address book - or you may have to re-engineer a csv file matching what the code expects. Sorry that I can't be more helpful - I don't have those source files anymore. :-/
