Hi!
I have a problem, when working on one of the exercises in this book:
Applying Alternate CSS on page 128.
I have created the folders Themable and Demo within that, but the problem is that I cannot click on the publish button, after having clicked "next to each of the filenames in SharePoint" in step 10.
Also, in step 11, I believe the reference "Site Actions => Site Settings, and under Look and Feel click Master page", should read:
Site Actions => Site Settings, and under Galleries click Master pages.

I have looked everywhere in SharePoint settings, to see if it is anything to do with the permissions of the user that I am logged in as, but I do not think it is, as I am a site collection owner...
I don't know if I am on the right path here, but my gut feeling is telling me it is something to do with the workflows?!?
I did not see the workflows mentioned anywhere in the book so far, so I am thinking this may not be the case...

I have also done some research on Google, but that did not return a whole lot of useful answers. I did not see (m)any people that have experienced this problem... May be I have done something wrong?

Please help me fix this problem.
