I have downloaded the Adventure Works DataWarehouse databases, but I can not find the instructions to manually deploy the Analysis Services DB. Doesn't anyone know were the instructions are located on CodePlex?

The Analysis Services DB is deployed automatically, I had to do nothing. Chapter 13 in this book is Ridiculously Dated I have spent more time researching solutions to screens the book refers to, but no longer exist. For example, in excel services you do not publish spreadsheets, one saves them to SharePoint.
